Buildpic: The buildpic is very good overall although maybe a little fuzzy in the back of the unit (too much gray). While I\'m here, I should point out that the counterpart unit that follows in the same pack got a really bad buildpic with no shadows or anything.

Buildpic: 10

Model: The actual model looks fine to me because it looks like something in between the Raider and Crock models. The only thing I would like to change is the flaps on the tracks (that later are team colored) that don't really fit into the theme [4.5]. The texturing, on the other hand is quite flawed. Yes, the CD:3D is present and properly applied, but all the wrong textures have been chosen on the main body. It looks like something Core hippie patterns would love to drive with the totally unlogical and non-fitting color settings and handsome logo abuse. The sleeves ahould be dark, the body should either be covered with green textures only (even though it is wrong) or metal textures only (which is wrong as well) or with proper underwater textures in the right shades, just as the Crock. As it is right now, it mostly confuses me with the lack of alignement [2]. The corpse is acceptable [1].

Model: 7.5

BalanceOMGWTF!! This unit is so powerful that Galactig Gates implode in it's very presence! Let us examine the Crock, that chubby little fella that sometimes pop out of the water and fearlessly parks outside your Fusion, lobbing in shells and old guitars. This unit, the Toad - a level 1 equivalent, costs about 30% less metal (205 to 295) packs just the same amount of armor, despite the cost and lower level, is a tad faster, but most important, ridiculously more effective. Crocks weapon is a half-ass cannon with 320 pixels range and 67 damage/second while toad stretches itself to impressive and almost offensive range of 500 while maintaining a high damage/second rating of 43. Due to the extreme range increase (and the higher armor, speed and navigation) settings this unit is actually twice as powerful as the Crock despite the obvious level difference. To be true with you, this unit owns the Raider at anytime, having both twice the range and 50% higher damage/second rating making it better with a factor of four (and I'm not even counting the amphib talents. Do you even have an idea of how useful level 1 amphibious units are on certain maps?). Seriously, it outclassed all other units it encountered. Kbots, tanks, ships, hovercrafts (ok, anything own hovercrafts), Guardians, Defenders, and especially all plants, not to mention solars and metal extractors that were shred to pieces before I could pronounce "Schmug" properly. This unit is completely prone to all kind of dragon teeth, wreckage and other minor obstacles, simply ignoring the unnecessary objects and concentrating on the target. Eight Toads took out a Guardian in the middle of the base while being shot upon by enemies from all directions, something only Mortys and the heavier tanks could have accomplished. Two units survived the assault and I suspect that a lot more could have as well if I paid more attention. This unit is so overpowerful that the stench stretches high up in the sky for all to see. Let the hammer of unit wonders smite this thing into better ways. Let the whip of justice punish the infidels for this is a felon guilty of many horrible crimes against balance and purpose (and a little against humanity too).
