Buildpic: A pretty nice OTA style buildpic. The unit is a bit off center and the angle seems odd. Those are my only complaints.

Model: The corral has 4 underside faces that aren't needed by any means. I've uploaded a version here that shows the faces in question highlighted in red. The ship itself looks alright, dual missile launchers aside [3.5]. I'm not a big fan of the ARMv02a (the light green ones with the cross things) textures, but besides that nice job [4.5]. There are useless underside faces on the corpse, no full score here till I see those gone, ok? [0.5]

BalanceOh god no. The Corral costs about 36% less metal and 3% less energy than the Ranger, which is the unit I compared it to. This thing has 270% MORE armor than the Ranger and is 144% faster than it, not to mention the Corral’s acceleration is higher. The only advantages I see the Ranger has against this thing is that the Ranger's weapons have twice the range of the Corral's and that the Ranger’s main missile is vertically launched, though vertical missile launches are both bad and good. The Corral makes the Ranger almost completely obsolete, then again the Ranger is a piece of #$%* so I decided to compare it to the Conqueror instead.

The Corral costs 13% less metal and 12% less energy then the Conqueror, but has about 20% less armor. They have about the same speed, with the Conqueror slightly beating it when it gets up to it's max. Both these units have strengths and weaknesses when it comes to weapons. On one hand the Corral has missiles that do higher damage on a shorter range while the Conqueror has depth charges and an artillery weapon that has twice the range of anything in the Corral's arsenal. For the desired ten, raise the damage the dual missiles do to 85 instead of 80, and raise the range of the same weapon to 700.

My score: Since I play Core exclusively, I don't appreciate the fact another pesky Arm unit has been brought onto the battlefield. If you need me I'll be sneaking on it and lacing it with high powered explosives.
